Office 365 Users Get Unlimited OneDrive Storage

Over the course of last few months, we have continuously reported about the changes in the pricing policy for Microsoft OneDrive users. Prices went down, storage capacity went up. Today, Miscosoft has made another big step towards the same direction - all Office 365 Home, Personal and University customers will get an unlimited OneDrive storage at no additional cost.

If you are a subscriber to Office 365, but you still can't get a limitless space in your cloud drive, don't worry. Microsoft are saying that they will roll out the new storage policy during the coming months. If you want to be one of the first customers in the line, visit this link.

It is interesting to see how other OneDrive competitors will react to the latest move by Microsoft. Dropbox, Google and Apple have all recently updated their pricing plans for cloud storage, so I think we won't see an immediate respond from them, but I believe, that at the end of the day, other companies will follow the Microsoft's lead and get rid of any limits for storage they provide to their users. To put it simply, the future of cloud computing is limitless.
